Steve took the bus to work. The kids and I went over to Heidi's to play. Mei Li was worried about playing with a bunch of boys, but she did just fine.
Home. Lunch. Naps. Mei Li and I painted a mat light blue. I think the Family Proclamation is going in that frame. Mei Li is so much fun to play with.
When Stephen woke up, Mei Li and Stephen played together until it was time for dinner. We drove to Tysons to meet Steve for dinner there. We ate good pizza and drank Orangina. (Orangina is the only carbonated drink I like. I first learned about Orangina in my eighth grade French class with Madame Williams. Steve was her French student too, just one year ahead.)
We purchased three hooks from Anthropologie, and they will be up before Sunday! I think.
We drove home together and then put the kids to bed. We learned about Rebekah and Isaac tonight. When Steve mentioned "water," Stephen interrupted and said, "I'm so thirsty!" I thought that was funny. He did so much playing today that he forgot he was thirsty until just before bed.
Mi Na was up a little bit later than the other two. She is just so great! She's so snuggly. I love nibbling on her cheeks because they are so squishy and it makes her giggle.
Steve and I did our workout tonight. This time, Steve was the one who didn't feel like doing it. I guess that's why we have each other. Good night!

2 successfully happy days in a row. Glad you're documenting them so in the (near) future when your day is less than plesant you have these to look back on. What a cute family!
Ii Li, you are just amazing. I'm finally catching up on your blog! I look at your attitude and how you are raising your kids and you are what I aspire to be like. If you don't know it, you should, you are one-of-a-kind. I want to do better just from reading your blog.
