The girls wore their Christmas dresses to church. They are from my mother. Thanks Mom.
We made sugar cookies.
Isn't the Washington DC temple beautiful? It's even more beautiful with Christmas lights all over the temple grounds. It was quite cold, but the Christmas spirit was strong and we felt very good being there.
There was no live nativity this time, but I still loved listening to the Christmas story. It always lifts my soul.
Then we came home to eat our sugar cookies.
It was a wonderful day.
