Blessing Day

Steve blessed our little Li Ya today.  Grandma and Grandpa Z., the Earnests, the Fitzgeralds, and the Kimbles were all here for Li Ya's special day.   We somehow all got to church in time for the blessing, even though it was early.

Steve's voice was tender and full of love as he gave the blessing.   It was beautiful.  Li Ya is so very blessed to have so many who love her and are good examples to her.  After church, we gathered at our home for food and lots of conversation.   I wonder how many times "Durban," "South Africa," or "Swaziland" came up in our conversations.  Why?  Oh, just because Grandma and Grandpa Z. will be serving as the mission president couple for the South Africa Durban mission starting in July!  We're all super excited for them.  It was a happy happy day.
