I was vacuuming up Cheerios this morning and realized that it had probably been a year and a half since I last vacuumed up Cheerios. Mi Na became a Cheerio eater on Monday (and no, I didn't vacuum up the Cheerios off the ground then). She has no teeth, but she gums the heck out of them until they are mush.
This afternoon, Mi Na became a crawler. Stephen, Mi Na, and I were playing in the basement while Mei Li was at preschool. I baited Mi Na with an object. I got down on the floor on my stomach, cheered her on, and smiled at her. The look on her face was one of singular focus and determination. I witnessed her gently make her first move, then her second, then her third, and then she dove for her object and got it! She has the cutest little crawl! She crawls softly and slowly, just an inch at a time. Stephen and I were so proud of her.
Good job, Mi Na! We sure love you.

Way to go Mi Na! It sounds like those Cheerios are giving her Go power. Hugs and Kisses.
Oh dear! Now we need to see her again. This new trick is something we will all want to applaud.
