Tax season is over, my friends, and that means our season of joy has begun. Yesterday was really wonderful.
One precious moment happened when I was making dinner in the afternoon. Li Ya started crying in the Bumbo chair so both Stephen and Mei Li knelt right beside her and together they started singing to her, which made her smile. It warmed my heart.
Steve came home around 5:15! and then we all went to Stephen's T-ball game.
He's such a focused little player. I adore him. He would love to play sports all day long.
Steve registered Stephen for kindergarten this morning! I can't believe I'll have two kids in school come autumn.
The weather was beautiful today so we went to the park in the late morning. Mi Na wanted to wear her goggles. It never occurred to me to say "no." I thought she looked awesome. And if I had said "no," she would have said, "That's not the password!" with her angry face.
We ate dinner at Potbelly tonight for our celebration dinner and then we watched "Granite Flats" as a family. Steve will be taking a few days off, which will be so so nice. Life is good.
