Saturday was busy for our family. We cleaned the church in the morning. It took us three hours. It would have taken so much longer without Brother Dan's help. The kids mostly like helping with the glass doors. However, it's nearly impossible to keep them fingerprint-free with Mi Na around.
By the end of cleaning, we were all starving. So we went out for pizza. After we ordered our food, Mei Li said, "Isn't it a glorious day to eat our pizza outside?" She makes me laugh. But she was right. It was a glorious day. After six straight days of rain, we welcomed the warmth and sunshine.
Stephen didn't have to try too hard to convince us that we all needed ice cream after our pizza. They did a really great job on those glass doors after all.
Steve spent the rest of the day at the office, which broke Mei Li and Stephen's hearts. I did my best to explain to them it's okay if Dad has to work, and I think they sort of understood. But let's just face it, life is just better when Steve's around.

Well, yes I did. It's super duper long. I'm hoping she can wear it next spring too. I should post about my dresses.
Oooh - please do a dress post. :) Cleaning the church - especially with the kids - is ROUGH! Good for you guys. You totally earned the treat. :)
