Sunday is my favorite.

Church was lovely. During sacrament meeting, Stephen's old nursery teacher, Rose, bore her testimony and Stephen said, "that's my mom from nursery."

I love being the ward librarian. I would be happy to be the ward librarian for the rest of my earthly existence.

Former BYU quarterback, John Beck, moved into our stake. Steve saw him roaming the hall with his small son. He was the quarterback while Steve and I were at BYU so that was exciting news to me.

After church, I prepared dinner while Steve entertained the kids. Mei Li put on a show for us, and then Stephen. It was kind of cute, but also slightly weird. I don't know where they come up with all of their nonsense songs.

Just before dinner, Mei Li said, "Guess what I'm doing?" "I'm painting!" I looked down and saw her blue hands and I ran downstairs to see what she'd been up to. She had poured half a bottle of glue onto some paper and mixed it with a blue marker. It dripped onto the guest bed and onto our carpet. Thankfully, both the glue and the marker were of the washable variety. No permanent damage done.

After dinner, we went on our Sunday walk. We walked to a nearby high school to check out the football field.

Mei Li called the grassy area by the tennis courts a "dandelion field" and kept asking us to take pictures of her in the dandelion field.

I don't have many pictures with my kids, certainly not all of them at once, so I made sure that Steve took one today.

Mei Li took a few.

Stephen is cute.

We readied the kids for bed as soon as we got home. Steve read a few books to all of us. I sat next to Stephen and held Mi Na. I smiled at her and bounced her. She smiled so big that her eyes nearly disappeared. Then she started to laugh a little, but it was interrupted by her hiccups.

After we put the kids to bed, Steve and I cleaned up together and then lounged around in matching outfits. I, in Steve's navy blue "Rebel Football" mesh shorts and gray tee, and Steve in his navy blue "Flintridge basketball" shorts and gray t-shirt.

Now it is time for bed. This is going to be a great week. I can feel it.
