Steve and I got an early start to our day, but the kids slept in later than usual.
We had a picnic in the park. The weather was divine.
Both children napped.
I sewed.
Steve came home at a reasonable hour.
We had dinner as a family.
I told Mei Li that I loved her, and her response was "really? You love me? That's awesome!"
Stephen's new haircut makes me really happy.

Steve talked like a cowboy for about a half hour (he did this last night too).
I went to quilt with the Young Women and my Relief Society sisters.
And now I'm off to bed. Before 10:30. Amazing.

I love days like that...where everything seems to just go perfectly. I'm glad you had such a wonderful day!
Please tell me Steve talked like a cowboy when there weren't even kids around. That picture would just make my day.
Sorry, Sarah. It was just for the kids, although he did call me "little lady" a few times.
sounds like a great day! :)
